Actually there was an incident where he was arrested for wanking in front of two lads near a bridge at this carnival in his time in Germany and one had asked “Are you having fun?” And he, drunk apparently, replied: “Yeah, I’m having a great time!” The two had the bloke arrested. He claimed he was taking a piss and they mistook it for masturbating and I think he got out of it. He was arrested on two other cases of public masturbation I think. Unless that’s what you’re talking about when you said “I’m having a great time!” Then please ignore me. X’D
